Built by someone who couldn't shut their brain off either.

Nightset started at 12:40 in the morning.

Not the idea — the problem. I was working a job that followed me home, lying in the dark, exhausted and wide awake, watching my mind run laps. Tomorrow's list. Yesterday's conversations. The thing I forgot to send. I was good at my days and terrible at ending them.

I tried what everyone tries. Melatonin knocked me out and handed me a foggy morning as the bill. A glass of wine worked right up until it didn't. "Just relax" is not a strategy.

Then I went down the magnesium rabbit hole — and found out the version I'd already tried and written off was the problem. Most drugstore magnesium is magnesium oxide: cheap to make, poorly absorbed, hard on your stomach. The form that kept coming up in everything I read was different — magnesium glycinate, magnesium bound to glycine, a calming amino acid, in a form your body can actually use. I tried it. Within a couple of weeks, falling asleep stopped feeling like a negotiation.

So I made the version I wished I could have bought that first night.

What Nightset is

One product. Magnesium glycinate, made in a GMP-certified US facility, third-party tested, with a certificate of analysis for every batch — in a bottle designed to sit on a nightstand, not hide in a medicine cabinet.
