The product

When will I feel a difference?
Everyone's different, but most people notice something within the first week or two — usually that falling asleep feels less like a negotiation. The full effect builds with consistent nightly use, which is why we talk in 30-night terms, and why the guarantee gives you 60.

Will it knock me out like melatonin?
No — and that's the point. Melatonin is a hormone that tells your body it's bedtime right now. Magnesium is a mineral that supports your body's own wind-down process. You stay in charge: read a chapter, finish the show, fall asleep when you're ready, wake up without the fog.

Is it habit-forming?
No. Magnesium is an essential mineral — the same one in leafy greens and almonds — that many people simply don't get enough of. No dependency, no tolerance build-up, no weaning off.

Can I take it with medications, or while pregnant or nursing?
This is the one question we won't answer for you — a page on the internet shouldn't be making that call. Magnesium can interact with certain medications (some antibiotics and blood pressure medications, for example), so if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist before starting Nightset or any supplement.

What exactly is in it?
Five ingredients: magnesium glycinate (275 mg of elemental magnesium per serving, from 2,500 mg of magnesium glycinate), plus a plant-based capsule shell, rice flour, and trace amounts of magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide — each one explained on our [Ingredients page/section]. No melatonin, no artificial additives, no proprietary blends.

Why three capsules instead of one giant pill?
Because we don't compress the dose with binders to force it into one horse pill. Three smaller, easy-to-swallow capsules, taken together about 30 minutes before bed.

Why glycinate instead of regular magnesium?
Most drugstore magnesium is magnesium oxide — cheap, poorly absorbed, and famously hard on your stomach. Glycinate is magnesium bound to glycine, a calming amino acid, known for gentle absorption. It's the difference between magnesium that works with your evening and magnesium you give up on.

Is it tested?
Every batch is made in a GMP-certified US facility and third-party tested, with a certificate of analysis available. Want to see the COA for your bottle? Email us — we like being asked.

What if it doesn't work for me?
Then you shouldn't pay for it. Email us within your first 60 nights and we'll refund your first order — no return shipping, no interrogation. And genuinely: magnesium isn't the answer to every sleep struggle. If yours persists, that's worth raising with a doctor.

How does the subscription work?
A fresh bottle every 30 days at $26 (24% off the one-time price), free shipping, and a reminder email 3 days before every charge. Skip a month, change your date, or cancel anytime from your account.

How do I cancel?
Log in to your account (we email you a link — no password hunt), and cancel in two clicks. No phone call, no chat maze, no guilt trip. It takes effect immediately for any unshipped renewal.

Can I pause instead of canceling?
Yes — skip a single month or pause indefinitely from the same account page. Stocked up or traveling? Skip it, it's what the button's for.

I got charged but don't want this renewal.
If it hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll cancel and refund it. This is why we send the 3-day reminder — but we know inboxes are inboxes.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
US only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories where carriers deliver. Want Nightset in your country? Tell us — it genuinely shapes where we go next.

How fast will it arrive?
Orders ship within 2-4 business days and typically arrive 3-5 business days after that — most orders land within 5-9 business days all-in. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.

How much is shipping?
Free on subscriptions. $4.95 flat on one-time orders.

My order arrived damaged / is wrong / never showed up.
Damaged or wrong: email a photo within 14 days and a free replacement ships. Tracking dead for 7+ days: email us for a replacement or refund, your choice. Our mistakes and the carrier's are never your expense.

Can I change my shipping address?
If the order hasn't shipped, usually yes — email us fast. For future subscription renewals, update it anytime in your account.
