Refund & Return Policy

The short version. Try Nightset for up to 60 nights. If it's not for you, email us and we'll refund your first order in full. You don't ship anything back.

The 60-night guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Nightset for any reason, contact us at hello@trynightset.com within 60 days of your delivery date and we'll refund your first order — the full product price and any shipping you paid. This applies to your first order only, whether it was a one-time purchase or the first order of a subscription, and is limited to one refund per customer and household. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Why we don't accept physical returns. Supplements are sealed for your safety and can't be restocked or resold once shipped, so we don't ask you to return anything. Keep the bottle or pass it along — no return label, no restocking fee, no shipping it back.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo at hello@trynightset.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you. Our mistakes and the carrier's mistakes are never your expense.

Lost packages. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Subscription orders. The 60-night guarantee covers your first subscription order. Renewal orders aren't eligible for the satisfaction refund, but you can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account — before a renewal ships, no charge applies. We send a reminder email 3 days before every renewal charge. If a renewal charge goes through and your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll cancel and refund it.

How to request a refund. Email hello@trynightset.com from the address on your order, with your order number. That's it — no forms, no phone calls, no questions designed to change your mind. We'll confirm within 1-2 business days.

Chargebacks. If something's wrong, please give us the chance to fix it first — we resolve almost everything within a day or two, and we're faster than your bank's dispute process.

This policy applies to purchases made at trynightset.com. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
