Shipping Policy

Where we ship. Nightset currently ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories where carriers deliver. We don't ship internationally yet — if you'd like Nightset in your country, email us; it genuinely helps us decide where to go next.

Processing time. Every order is packed fresh when you place it — your bottle isn't pulled from a warehouse shelf where it's been sitting for a year. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. All in, most orders arrive within 5-9 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment your package ships.

Shipping costs. Free on all subscription orders. One-time purchases ship for a flat $4.95. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Subscription renewals. Renewal orders ship automatically on your schedule, with free shipping every time. We email you 3 days before each renewal charge, and you can adjust your next shipping date, skip a month, or update your address anytime from your account.

Address changes. Need to change the address on an order you just placed? Email hello@trynightset.com as soon as possible — we can usually update it if the order hasn't shipped. For subscription renewals, update your address in your account before the renewal date. We aren't able to reroute packages already in transit, and orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout aren't eligible for free replacement — though contact us anyway, and we'll do what we can.

Delays. Occasionally carriers run behind — weather, holidays, carrier volume. If your tracking shows movement, hang tight a day or two past the estimate. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund your order, your choice.
