The fastest way: your shipping confirmation email contains your tracking link — search your inbox for "Nightset" (check promotions/spam the first time; then drag us to your primary inbox so the subscription reminders land there too).

No email handy? [Log in to your account →] — we'll email you a one-time code, no password needed. Every order and its tracking link is there.

What the timeline normally looks like: orders are packed fresh and ship within 2-4 business days, then delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Tracking sometimes takes a day to show its first scan after the label is created — that's normal, not a lost package.

When to worry (and what we'll do): if your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, email hello@trynightset.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund your order — your choice. Marked "delivered" but nothing at your door? Give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early) and check with household members and neighbors — then email us and we'll make it right.
